1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a parking pass through Copeland Parking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
2. Parking Passes
Parking passes purchased through Copeland Parking grant access to a designated parking area for the specified event. Passes are non-transferable and valid only for the event and date listed at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for presenting your parking pass (digital or printed) upon arrival. Copeland Parking is not responsible for lost or stolen passes.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Parking passes are non-refundable once purchased, except as described in Section 4 (Event Cancellation) below.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. If an event is postponed, your pass will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Copeland Parking is not responsible for cancellations or changes made by event organizers or venues.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Copeland Parking, including order confirmations and your parking pass. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
6. Limitation of Liability
Copeland Parking is not liable for any damages arising from your use of a parking pass, including but not limited to vehicle damage, theft, or inability to access a parking area due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue closures, or third-party actions).
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
