Everything you need to know before the gates open.

Is my parking spot guaranteed?: Yes — every pass is a reserved space in our lot. Buy ahead and your spot is held for you, even on sold-out event days.
How do I get my parking pass?: It's emailed to you instantly after checkout as a digital pass. There's nothing to print — just show it on your phone when you arrive.
Where is the parking lot?: We're at 1250 E Copeland Rd, Arlington, TX — a short walk from AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field. Get directions.
What time should I arrive?: We recommend arriving 60–90 minutes before the event for the smoothest entry and an easy walk to the venue.
I bought the wrong date or event — can you help?: Reach out to support@copelandparking.com as soon as you can and we'll help sort it out.
Do you accommodate oversized vehicles?: Our spots fit standard passenger vehicles. If you're bringing an oversized vehicle, RV, or trailer, contact us before the event so we can help.
Can I leave and re-enter during the event?: Yes. Vehicles have full in-and-out access on event day after check-in.
